I'm planning to move to the Brainerd area next spring. I have an RCP track but I mostly race mini-Z.

I have a couple of Zmods that I've raced against miniZ but the miniZ will always out handle the Xmod.
Putting in a miniZ board and use miniZ tires is the best things you can do to the Xmod. Unfortunately weight is the Xmod's biggest problem.

Here is one of my Xmod track cars:http://www.xmodsource.com/forum/showthread.php?t=15720

No, my track is much smaller. That track belongs to a member of the miniZ club I belong to.
I talked to a hobbyshop owner in Brainerd with 2 wide L RCP tracks who would like to get some miniZ racing going, so I might be able to set up a similar sized track.

If not I'll be buying more RCP track for my son and myself to race on to add to my small track.

But I live far away from there... especially brainerd! I'm in SE Minnesota. Wish there was a spot to race in the twin cities...

I don't know what's near the twin cities.
I was lucky to find someone who even heard of miniZ way up near the Brainerd area.
I'm not looking forward to moving way out there, but at least I still have my RCs.

He still has the track in back but it's not set up.
I was there in August and he said he's like to get back into miniZ but there was a lack of local interest. I asked if he would sell his stuff but he wants to hold on to it.
I'm hoping I can get him to set it up when I move there, if not I'm buying more track anyways.
