Default acerpower's brushless McDT

Here's my micro-DT that I got 2 years ago for Christmas from my mother in-law(I love my mother in-law).............

I'm running the losi 3 wire AM RX and a futaba 2PL with the xcelorin, I get about as much range as the stock setup.
It's got aluminum in the right places and a few more parts just for show.

Here's the newest body...........

As you can see, I like to leave the bed clear to show off some of the goodies.

I have the smallest pinion in it since I don't have much room to run in my house, but it's still plenty fast.
I have micro deans on all my batteries but since I've gone through a couple of esc's, I didn't want to void the warranty on this one so I made an adapter to use the stock plug for now.

The only thing I never liked about my micro-DT was the 27mhz AM radio I was using with the brushless system.
So I finally went 2.4ghz.......................................

The RX was only $7.40 and since I already had the radio and RX's in my larger scale cars, I had to try it in my micro.

This thing works so much better than the AM radio plus it's nice having a short antenna.
Now I don't have an antenna poking out of any of my bodies on all my runners.
That radio was the best $30 I've spent in RC.
