XXX: Project 350-Brett-Z
This is Brettley's 350z and Im gonna be doing some body work and giving it a paint job. Gonna hone my putty skills..... The body work is mainly going to consist of the front and rear bumbers mostly... I have a Body kit also for parts. The paint scheme will be Chrome, Black and Red. The Bumper photos of the 1:1s are for concept and they will be not exactly that, we will see how the build goes... object: Rice-r-oni.
All the stuff is on the table, and she will start up when I get back on the 25th or so..

I started some styrene work on the rearend. Any tips are welcome, since im fairly new to the body work (as you may know) So far I think it is going well, but this is the first body work i've done since the thunderbird hood scoop.
First I cut out a rear bumper to make it ready for the process. Here is before/After. Here I made the main rim for the rear. I need to thin out the top ridge a bit. This is just some mock-up of the inner panels. I am going to re cut these parts with some better edges and better fit once I have it all worked out. I just put this little "L" piece on so I could get a better idea of how it will meet with the fender. It will not stay, but Ill use it for shaping the putty.
