You can enter something already in your collection, yes. However, bringing something new to the table may get you a few more votes than something people have already seen.
 EDIT: Correction? Lol. What was I thinking? Collection! Bahaha..

Is there a limit on time spent on an entry, if you have been building in for 3 months can it still be entered? This is just for reference btw. Thanks.

XXX is right. Your entry does not have to be built in the month of the competition, but it must adhere to all of the rules for that specific months competition.
