Not Accepting Challenges Right Now

the thread was created after more thought went into your idea, its fine if all these people signed up for it, there are still some experienced veteran members to challenge out there. Trying to get em to accept and come in will be a bit tought though.

EDIT:
The purpose of the challenge section was just for fun and meant to get more of the members involved with each other. Perhaps it wasn't explained well enough or just completely missed, but it has less to do with money and time, and more of what you can do versus another member. Money and time are important sure, but the challenges can be anything you want, its as if i said, lets do a Xmod show off, pick your favorite xmod and just clean it up or polish it or w/e and showcase it as best as possible, the cleanest one wins.

I agree to the 'if I get challenged I don't have to accept' option. Though it seems from the consensus, people would be willing to have a 'car throw down', it's just no one atm has the expendable income or time to participate in a challenge. Challenges are a great way as Kaze says for members to get involved with each other, just seems 'themz the breaks kidz'.

I don't see why you couldn't take a xmod you've already made and still compete against another member.

It's just about how open-minded and creative you are. :|
They do competitions for YOU to have fun, and enjoy the site. Not just like every other forum where you make your own fun. Personally, I see it as if you guys don't even want to seem supportive then WHY should they keep putting things like this together?

seems like everyone likes commenting on comps and how they should be ran, and what they think would make it better. but theres no real participation. if it tanks, it wouldnt be the first comp to do so.

for me not wanting to be challenged for the time being is i'm about to move and work has been crazy these days...since the economy isn't doing that great a lot of people are trying to join the military because of the steady income and all( it will stay steady as long as you don't get into some bad trouble) , and me working at a processing station for those who want to join take up most of my time...but i would do a comp against someone just need sometime to straighten things out...but i do agree with you model...if you don't want to be a part of the comp what's the point of putting these fun things together....

You are either on the list or off the list. As long as you are on the list you are not accepting challenges. If you are off the list then you are willing to accept challenges.
