Ah, the joys of new products.
I've been reading up on these and have seen a lot of complaints about heat issues. Were you noticing any heat problems in your VXL system or in your batteries?

RWD only would make it a sort of mini-Jato.
If you go with stock units again I'd suggest heat shrink wrapping the universal joints...it might give you a bit of crash protection and stop matreial from getting too beat at the joint. BTW, even though it's not running I'm still very jealous. |

Yep I know about them but everywhere is sold out on the part I need or my friends need for theirs. I guess I shoulda waited not until the week after they started shipping LOL Couldn't wait for it though. Guess its trial and error. But these seem to be tough as heck, had some pretty hardcore wrecks with just few scratches. Can't wait to take this bad boy upstate aswell as ramp it off some nice ramps.
