Need help wiring lights

hi i need help with a secret project.....

i need some help.

I need to know the best way to wire...

headlights/taillights
high beams
fog lights
brake lights with 3rd
reverse lights

and i need to know how to wire

right and left turn signals so they flash

thats should be it.....if somebody could either build this for me (they can all the seperate circuts) id be willing to pay. or even if you could just make diagrams/directions
