Default Budget Vette Build

well, one of my friends on here alerted me to an ebay auction with 2 gen 1's for sale for $32 shipped. this one is the corvette, i got bored and decided to play with it.

here's the price list
$16 for the car and chassis
$12 for the switchblade
$15 for the lithium ions
Free gen 1 bearings laying around...
so..$43 for this car isn't bad at all

i plan on hooking it up with an S2 motor for now, any suggestions for other good gen1 mods that aren't terribly expensive?

If you can: lower it.(in the front more than the rear)Nice though. $43 is a steal. Nice find. Good luck

btw it's switchblade. stilletto didn't exist before evos came out and they were made for evos.
besides that
for 43 bucks
that's awesome
i'd get a 2x2 fet stack and i'd give like a discount to 15 bucks on an atomic can 36t spiral
but that prolly dopesn't fit the description of inexpensive

anyways, some lowering in front, a triple shock setup(normal gen1 shocks, but with an evo monoshock on top.(use truck susp scews)

I don't know if i'm just looking at the picture weird or not but it doesn't look like it has a drive shaft. But wow that is a pretty sweet deal and the body looks really good.
