Default board range

Well, since i installed a new evo board on my truck, the range has gone down to around 10 feet. is there any way to fix this without buying a brand new board?

Clean the part of the board where the antena screws on. I did that with a new ever board, and when i cleaned it it worked perfect. Also check your settings on your remote.

It could be various thing. If you have an exposed wire it could be grounding it. If you have goo gone and Q tip clean it with that then take a dry Q tip and wipe it off. Works like a dream. And check the board to make sure anything didnt pop.

Change your 9v. Happened to my gen 1's a bit, but I just changed it and it worked it a charm! If that doesnt work make sure the remote antenna is screwed on tight, and check the crystals.
