Default My Dad's Blade CX2

Here is my dad's Blade CX2. It has all the aluminum parts and a $40 Police body, here is why. It got in to a horrific accident yesterday, hit a tree, and came down to the ground. It was a mangled mess. Luckily he had the police body which is on it now. He also got another one which is different and looks less scale.
Now for the pics. My camera is behind a day, I took these pictures today not yesterday.

He shouldn't have spent all that money on all that aluminum for the CX2, he should have waiting and grown used to the flight hobby with plastic parts for the CX2 and used that money to purchase a Blade CP. He'll find out sooner or later that he'll grow bored of a co-axial helicopter and want to move into a single-bladed helicopter which can maneuver quicker and easier.

But, I must admit, it looks darn good with all that aluminum.

Well it all came up to $82 that's with a different body, not the one on it. He has plenty of money, he could buy a Raptor 60 if he wanted, but he is happy with it. The heli is fun to fly but I haven't flown it with the aluminum on it yet. I have a Havoc Stinger but it is a P.O.S.

As long as he's happy, eh? You should ask him to fly it with the aluminum. They're a lot more steady and feel a lot more safe with all that metal than with the plastic. Lol.

Did he buy his alloy through Blade or through an aftermarket company?

He bought them all at once, yesterday after the crash through E-Flite which makes the Blade, but I'm sure you know that. It flies much more steady and is quieter. It even flew better outdoors!
