Li-po help

I am looking to build or buy a li-po kit for my evo. Can someone tell me if this
(CLICK HERE) is a li-po kit as i am somewhat skeptical because the description mentions both li-ion and li-po. Does anyone have a good online store that sells li-po batteries or kits that would suit a xmods evo?

Also, would this charger be suitable for charging a li-po pack?
