The New Suby! Loving the BOOST!

i Finally got my self back into a nice new subaru. im stoked!! this thing is soo clean and sooo nice. i love these little things. wasnt my favorite color... but for the price.. im not going to complain what so ever.

anyways heres a crappy picture, ill try to get some good ones in the next couple days.

it is a subaru baja.

i never posted the update on the sti, i kept forgetting. apparently the E brake wasnt hooked up either along with the rest of the brakes. so off the back of the truck it went or something. i dunno they ****ed it up.

So in came the boosted baja!

I have very mixed opinions about the baja. I loved the brats, and this is a throwback to that, but with the short little bed, it's a bit useless, seems to make more sense to just get a wagon.....

BUT, a baja with a subaru diesel and stacks up the back of the cab. might be useless, but I'd drive it

im going to try to stuff my quad in the back of it some time see how well it fits lol.

i mainly wanted it because you just flat out dont see them. and then to see one running with the STi's... well thats just ****ing siiick. im about 90 hp away lmao.

**** yeah its great driving one again! even with this tiny turbo and heavy truck (like 3600 pounds! compared to my 3100 pound sti) its still fun to drive.

i dont know what happened, they just said during loading the e brake wasnt hooked up and they thought it was and the car got wrecked. their insurance covered the cost of the car (plus some) and i got my shipping cost back.

better photos. if i get some time in the next few days ill take some good ones.

not bad, i think this is the only subaru i actually like, they're weird looking, but i think that makes them more attractive. the bed is the part that really gets me hooked, i'm a truck guy so anything with a bed is ok by me haha. the only color i would get is black though, everything looks better in black.

looks good though, keep it simple, maybe put some bigger STI rims or something, other than that its awesome

ya wheels will come some day. First up comes full Turbo back exhaust. followed by lowering springs, and tinting the front windows to match the rears
then ill work on wheels.

so did yours come with the bed extender? every pic on google with something in the bed has a bed extender.

they are freaking PIGS! i didnt know it either untill after i bought it. they are the heaviest subaru made beside the tribeca that comes in at like 4100 pounds! they even out weigh the new 09 foresters by 300 pounds which are pretty **** big now too.

gotta start small first!! but hey, one small modification just puts it one small step closer to finished a finished project
















Switch out the Gresham Nissan Suby frames for Rallitek frames haha. i know lame... like i said, gotta start small!

Yea.

What kinda plant is that in the background of the fith picture? lol.
I like the headlights too, but you might wanna make sure you seal the headlights real good, if theres a small spot you missed, you will get water in your headlights, and they might mess them up. Also, are you going to go with HID headlight bulbs? The brighter the better.

i have no idea what kind of plant it is....

dont worry about the lenses, this isnt the first set ive done. i know what im doing. no leaks here.

i will go HID's eventually. but no money right now.

nice, it looks like with some help, it could look really nice, not that it doesn't now cause it does, i just idk, it doesn't look good with the white and silver, ha (you should repaint it!)
