Default youtube help

so i uploaded my first video... it says that it's unavailable. at first it was loading or something, but now it just says it's unavailable because it failed to convert the video file. any help on how to avoid this? here's the link if you need to see for yourself:

while in WMM, open your file, then click 'save movie file' or w/e it says. then click next then rename the file w/e u want then keep clicking next and dont 4get 2 save the file in a location where u can find it (i save mine in My Videos) then get on youtube and upload the file in w/e folder u saved it in
