First car buying

Didn't want to hijack the other guys' thread.

I got my permit in May. Haven't driven much. (Dads really lazy) and ever since I got a job that same month, I've been saving up for a car because my dads car isn't the best to drive and I'd rather have a smaller car to do the test with. Anyways. I'm looking for Mitsubishi Lancers and Eclipse and I found a somewhat good listing on CL. Link is below. Anyways, I have about $750 saved up, and am running a budget of $1200. If this listing doesn't seem good to any of you, please respond why and if you can, provide a better one.
