Anyone in Baltimore? I need help ASAP!

I am looking to buy an old car in Baltimore this afternoon, but I'm in Texas. I need someone to physically go look at it, make sure it runs and drives and make sure the thing isn't rusted all the way through. It IS in rough condition, so I'm not looking for a white glove inspection... I just need to know that there aren't a million swiss cheese holes in it. I'm looking at this:
