Xmods Dioramas?
I got bored, while searching random stuff I ran into something called a diorama. Pretty much a lifelike scene put into scale.

Imagine a car meet scene on a mountain like in the Initial D Live Action movie? That'd be freakin' awesome. So if you have a diorama of some sort, maybe a garage. Drop a pic in here. So people can check it out.

im not sure if you would call it a diorama but i have this
          its full of crap at the moment, but its moon sand and a lot of balsa wood

If you take a look over the members garage threads you will see a few people have custom garages, the one Bondo put together is pretty impressive!

That, I would say, is a Diorama. In fact, a really nice one too! I like it lots. I'm tempted to find me a big block of foam do and a mountain curve drift scene. LOL.

still a work in progress mind you...if i was smart i'd take advantage of the warm weather and get some paint on the walls...maybe you've just inspired me....
erm...and you kinda hafta look around the cars to see the garage LOL...kinda packed too many in for appropriate shots...live n learn...better lighting the next time too...anyways... http://www.xmodsource.com/forum/show...t=14720&page=2 and i like the 4x4 diorama up top as well...reminds me of some of the military ones i have seen done...the more details the better....just like alot of the projects on here ... and my wife would whoop my butt if i tried doing a set-up like Blue did...LOL !!!

That looks super sharp. Garages are a very nice addition to these scale cars. Just adds to the realism I guess you would call it.

this could help some
corrugated scenery strips from micromark. its card board strips to make scenery out of. plaster and stuff is required also
