No, you cannot. It would instantly fry your board.

FET stacks do not have anything to do with how much voltage you can put through your car. FETs have to do with the amount off amps that can pass through the terminals, to your motor. This does not mean you can pack 9V onto your car.

And if you decided to do it with a 9V battery, you would get such inefficient run times. 9Vs are not meant for applications such as RC cars. They draw way to much power from the battery, and the 9V wouldn't be able to handle those current draws. It would be dead in a matter of five or less minutes.
