The best part of this is that I get 3 chances to get this right.

I'm starting off with the green body. It's in pretty good shape for a body that was raced hard and has quite a bit of mileage on it. The only thing really wrong with it is the body was used for a 98mm wheel base, so the rear wheel wells are elongated a bit to compensate for the longer base.
I'm running a 94mm car but I can live with that flaw, plus I'm going to race and practice with the body so it doesn't have to be perfect.

I used some Isopropyl alcohol to strip most of the paint off and did a little sanding and scuffing to prepare for the first coat of paint.


There's still a bit of green but it's not enough to worry about and will soon be covered with new paint.
I'm still not sure how I want to paint it yet, so I'm open to suggestions.
I'd like to have some yellow in the scheme but that's not completely necessary. I'd paint it any color but green(the guy I got this from likes to run green, so I'd rather avoid the confusion )
