I'm pretty sure they came on an MR-01 or MR-015. I can't remember which.
All the R34 front clips are the same. You can use the one from the MR-01, MR-015 or MA-010. As I speculated before, the bodies are all the same; the only difference is the paint (and the hood for the MA-010 V-spec II).

None of them have light buckets; all are decals. You'll have to drill a hole.
