make a tralier and on the wheels put a gear and as the tire spins it turns a gear and that meshes with a gear going to a blade that swings as you drive. really hard to do . theres a better way i know
wait... it just hit me, hook up a motor and a battery ,as many as the motor needs and cut a hole in the tralier and put a blade on the motor shaft. then put the motor in the hole seal it up. and one xmod weed eater
