Yes, of course you can enter the next month if you didn't win. And it is advised to use a different car/truck because we've already seen what you entered previously. As long as your car/truck follows
all the rules for that months competition, you may enter it over and over again until it wins. A car/truck that has won a COTM competition may not be entered twice.
