Not really sure how it crawls since I have no rocks around me. lol
The tires are Ashomi (Spelled something like that) Super Swampers, and they are very hard to get since they are rare, I was lucky to get a set off of a trade with a guy who lives near me.

I'm not really sure, I have driven through water with them, and they kept the water out, so I don't think they are 100% water proof but they can hold back water for a bit.
