I quoted your post to see your original code.
The links you put between your /img tags are of the URL for the FlirckR page, not the picture itself.
You put:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/46549126@N08/4267517019
But what you need is:
http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4042/...b587d9be68.jpg
(Got that by going to the first link, then copying the IMG source on that page.)
