Your kidding me right ? The newer model M3's come in a four door sedan, coupe and convertable. Heres a shot of the rear end and some other pictures I got from Google.
Note the side grills on the fenders, bumpers, lights and the entire body shape. Heres the M3 -

Theres no redesigned M5 yet, only the 5 series.
