The E-Maxx will have plenty of more low end power/torque for the idea you had in the OP (snow-plow). However, the E-Revo is geared more towards high speed and good handling while the E-Maxx is more so geared toward off road style stuff. Since you mostly want speed and more street action, go with the E-Revo.
