I compile all of my sleep into one day. 3-4 hours 6 days a week and then one 12 hr stretch. It's a habit I got into when working two jobs, it really maximizes your free time, and if you coordinate your long sleep on a Sunday, you sleep right through your hang over, and there was absolutely nothing better to do on a Sunday.
