Well, I haven't had much of a chance to test it outside yet. But, here's a couple comparison pics.
Now, it's really hard to get good night shots with the camera on auto mode..
But, this is the best I could do for now without going through all the manual settings.
No lights, obviously..
It lights things up pretty well. The cabinets were probably a good 3-4 feet away. I think once I get the other four in it will make a huge difference.
Edit: I just took it out for a night spin.. and yeah, it was great. In the real dark spots I could get a half way idea of what was in the area.. and for general cruising around I had no problems seeing my truck and figuring out where it was going. I don't know if I could get a decent video of them, but they put off a ton of light even from a distance. It's great.
