ling is right just think about it for a bit i don't think you can but a rim on backwards on a real car. that much camber is kinda good for high speed racing and taking corners faster so when the car kinda rolls to that side of the car the cars tires with roll and have traction over the whole tire here's a pic of what I'm trying to explain for high speed cornering with negative camber


since nascars only turn left they have that camber on the car cause of the g's it pulls the car to the right in turn making contact on the whole tire. but as i said earlier Ling was right that you have to revmove to tire from the rim and flip it around where the good spot is.
