But they don't mind a near stock V8 powered V6? You can get into trouble easy in any RWD car. I only needed 140 hp to get that Firebird sideways. Got it a bit too side ways more than once too... Any car is dangerous.

I'm talking about once your out of the home and in real life. The money saved now can be put forth later when you won't have as much to toss around. I could've dumped 3500 bucks into the firebird's 3.1 V6 and make it 300 HP on a turbo. But would I ever get any of that money back when I sell it? Nope. Would I be able to finish the CST10? Not any time soon. While the thirdgen firebird is becoming less common, the CST10 is much cooler, and much more worth the investment.

Nothing wrong with putting some money in the V6 Stang on a budget, but to go all out would make your next car longer and harder to get. See what I mean?
