Every video of my RC18MT is with the stock NiMH battery. Adding a LiPo would almost be suicidal.

I'd say it tops out at around 35mph, maybe closer to 40mph; it passes cars that go 25-30mph on my street with ease. I'm planning on getting a Venom speed checker with my next purchase from TowerHobbies, so I'll let you know how fast it truely goes when I know.

how long does the charge last?
Yupp, stock battery.

Depends on how I wanna drive.

Full boar, beat the livin' snot out of it and keep on truckin' at full speed: 10-15 minutes when charged at 2.0amps; 15-17 minutes when charged at 1.5amps. But, there are some days when I do take it easy (believe it or not) and I can get upwards of 25 minutes when charged at 2.0amps and upwards of 30 minutes when charged at 1.5amps.
