yeah - I would take it off and sand it over then paint it by itself - as for th other spot I think you can use a paint brush to cover it up and then use the toothpick like what dontspamme mentioned.

Don't feel bad about it btw - I had that happen to me a few times and I just had to repaint the whole thing 'casue it was pretty bad.

I hope you get it and i'm looking foward ot seeing more.
