Say if you used this, do you think heatshrinking the leads would be a good idea, as if they touched, won't the batteries short?
And with lithium, heatshrinking the leads would be a good idea, there are micro caps that were sold on Performance Xmods, and now JDR, just more BS(JDR's is NOS Tank)

On PX, Mike stated it would get damaged if the voltage applied was over 5.5V, now how do you come to this conclusion, is it stated on the packaging of the capacitor?
