Naps, anyone?
 

Anyone else here a fan of mid-day naps to keep them going, pass time, or just catch up on sleep?

I love napping. It's like: I'm bored/tired > sleep > I feel better..

Power Napping is a good thing. I try to get one in early in the afternoon. After that, I'm good to go til about 2 in the morning. :p

power naps rule...i try to sleep thru my lunch everyday...otherwise i am worthless at night...oh and sweed some of your music may actually be growing on me :uhoh: :p :o

Naps are great.

I don't even like sleeping at night.
I only sleep because I run out of things to do...

naps are great especially if ur with girls you know what i mean in the morning work, then a nap, then hang out with some girls that like to do everything. but i have to say naps are a necessity if your really busy even if its only for a short time it still makes you feel refreshed.

Naps are for wimps... I've recently cut down to 5 hours of sleep a night so I can have more time to do stuff....

I compile all of my sleep into one day. 3-4 hours 6 days a week and then one 12 hr stretch. It's a habit I got into when working two jobs, it really maximizes your free time, and if you coordinate your long sleep on a Sunday, you sleep right through your hang over, and there was absolutely nothing better to do on a Sunday.

Bingo! That's the best way to roll, my long sleep day is Saturday normally go to bed at 3 / 4am on Friday night then don't get up until 2:30PM on Saturday so 10 / 11 hours of sleep and I'm ready to rock.....

You really need to put the long sleep on Sunday. Saturday mornings are great for taking care of errands and doing stuff, there is nothing to do on a Sunday. Plus, Sunday's are when all of the old people come out, you ever been behind a troupe of elderly drivers doing 45 in the fastlane and then slowing down to 35 because they saw a cop?

Yeah but then I wouldn't be able to get up nice and early for Sunday morning mass :)

No sorry.... I don't meanto offend anyone.... I have some religion I just don't believe in the organization that is the Church... I use my Sunday mornings for washing my car....

I don't think per rules we are really s'pose to talk religion.....so let's leave it at that before we start offending people.
