hey guys, do yall think this is a good deal

a guy i know at school has a old tmaxx its the .15 chassis with a 2.5 upgrade engine on it, alloy skid plates, custom diamond plate center skid plate, lots of extra parts, controller, hummer h1 body, and a lot of other stuff, for $175

no pics now but what do you guys think

As long as it's all fully functional and he didn't beat it to distruction, then it's a pretty good deal. If you're willing to shell out the $175 and actually want a T-Maxx, go for it; seems like a fair price for the stuff you'll be getting.

it had the crap beaten out if it, and it will be my second tmaxx all it needs is a pull start

Chassis had the "crap beaten out of it" or the motor had the "crap beaten out of it"? If the motor was beaten on, then it'll probably seize anytime now if it's not already seized. If you want to pay $175 on what will probably be a parts chassis, then, you may want to think about it.

But, I haven't seen it (chassis) or the condition the motor is in. If you find it's in a good working order and is worth the $175 to you, then you should probably pick it up. ;)

the whole thing has seen better days i looked at it this morning good shape needs shocks and a rebuild kit for the .15
