RV Project AM 27MHz Micro Fine-Tun Esc Unit (4WD) it has a brake.It also comes in 2 WD version it's only $47.30 egrracing.com

seen it.
if you want to buy it, buy it and then go beg around for a stock mini-z controller. you'll get one...eventually
it would be nice if egr mart had stock mini-z controllers.
