well, since you cant get any sti bodies in decent condiction for under $30 minus shipping i figured i'd hit up the local hobby lobby. and look what i found :D

my plans are to go all out on this car, its going to be a full on shelf queen full interior, all the details, etc, its also why im not going to be the one painting the base coat, even though i was pretty impressed with the paint on the f-150 im just not willing to take the chance on the sti =P so to do the job the body id going off to kaze, and yes kaze cause i have never seen a finished project of his that did not look absolutly amazing! so im paying him to do the base coat and im doing the detail work ;)

lol im excited to get it back, mite take awhile, but kaze's work is wayy worth it!

i sent it to him to get silver paint (body, mirrors, stock wing, that kinda stuff) and the hood is going to be black, then im going to do all the really tiny boring little details

good news first, i passed the test to get my learners! lol first time no studying!

bad news today, cant remember exactly wat happend but the body got sent to kaze's house instead of his dorm =/ he wont be able to get till april...

Would love to get my hands on this.

Have several other Revell ones, and just found out that they fit xmod chassis quite well with minimal modding.

Looked at several stores last weekend, none.

Winner, does this come with rally decal? The diecast one does. It would be sweet to have another rally replica.

Nope, it does come with a black stripe type thing for the side and decals to make the front bumper/rear bumper/hood and scoop look like carbon fiber

On that trailer, the front two cross members have like screw mounts that you will have to grind off. A buddy of mine has that exact trailer, and the xmods cars wont clear them. The trucks will, but the cars' ride height is too close to the ground.

lol yea, i kinda figured that out, but it really does not matter since itd going to be used for the f-150 crawler, lol that truck has plently of ground clearance ;)
