yeah thats the radline modified motor, the endbell on it is bigger so you do have to grind down part of the motor cradle to run it. but its worth it.

GearHeadV8 10-25-2008 04:29 PM

ahhh i was gonna buy that but i was banned and i cant see the bst thread. you are soo lucky are u even gonna drive that badass

bigez 10-25-2008 04:36 PM

no i was talking about the subby

kendallcschm 10-25-2008 07:28 PM

so you just slide in the lithium ion batts and thats it besides securing them with zip ties? or do you remove your whole metal chassis?

to be safe you should remove the board and the top brace and just pop them in

zip ties hold them in. and when i put them in i did loosen the top board support and put them in.

ohh ok. i was going to put the corvette body on this one and it wasn't sitting correctly on it and i thought that is what was causing it to sit wrong. so i ground it down some. didnt fix the problem. dont know what actually was causing it. so i put the subbie on it.

bigez 10-25-2008 08:43 PM

oh ok i thought that you at to grind it down b/c the chassis did not fit
