HPI MRS4: The Xmods of 1/18 scale?
 

I've actually been looking into one of these. Are they fun, upgradeable, etc.? I can afford one, just don't know how it compares to others. True or false: Xmods are to Mini-Z's as MRS4's are to Xray M18's. That's what I basically gather- though on Ebay, MRS4's are cheaper than new Evos...

Well from what I hear HPI makes Xmods and distributes to RS ...

yes mrs4's are to xrays wat xmods are 2 mini-z's, less reliable, a bit slower, and not as strong. there still great rc's but not the equal of xrays

Its got a team orion micro elite motor with 12T pinion and 1100 6 cell pack with a beat up corvette body lol.

And how do you like it? Better/worse than Xmods?

well just bye looking at the pic that drunk has there that looks like it would beat a mod anyday sry crunk j/j

MUCH better than any xmod evo or gen1 its faster, very good handling and speed control and no worry about frying range either. its a 10 out of 10 for a micro.

and where would i get my hands on one??
