Even though I don't know, I was sort of thinking the same thing.

Why is it only "encouraged" to vote for someone else in the rules? Shouldn't it be mandatory to vote for someone else in the comp or not vote at all if you entered the comp? I'm just saying because it would be awfully cheap for someone to win because they got an extra vote by choosing their own entry.

Bondo is the official winner of this contest. Although it was a close competition between both STL and Bondo, STL was unfortunate enough to catch an inelidgable vote from a member being here for less that thirty-one days.

Congradulations to both STL and Bondo for such a great competition. :D
