I still drop in from time to time. I haven't done much with any rc car in years. I still have my collection of xmods, nitros, bajas etc. I wish I had to mess with them more. Definitely miss the good ole days of have projects continuously going on.

Sooo.... anyone heard of Hexmods? They seem to have the same concept as xmods.

Haven't heard a thing, although it sounds like a knock-off of the originals. Got a link by chance?

I looked up some videos of it seems like a spiritual successor. Quality though maybe lacking. I heard from the rumor mill hexbug bought a lot of IP rights from radioshack so it may be related to xmods?

I can recall those Hexbugs debuting at Radioshack in the final year or so of xmods still being sold there. I wish it were a licensed body that came with the kit, but pretty awesome set! Anybody tried one of these out?

I've seen them on the Facebook forums for the Xmods, similar idea with the mods and stuff. I've been tempted to get one for my 7-year-old, The Xmods are still a bit advanced for him
